1. Important summary

Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold, CFDs, futures, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money, and with some products you can lose more than you deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

2. Leverage and volatility

Leverage magnifies gains and losses. A small market move can cause a large loss, and positions can be closed automatically by your broker (a margin call or stop-out). Prices, especially around news releases, can gap and move very fast, so orders may execute at a worse price than expected (slippage) or not at all.

3. Past performance and statistics

Past results, statistics, charts, reports and any sample or demonstration figures shown on this site (including the sample dashboard pictures on our home page) do not guarantee, predict or indicate future results. Reports are calculated from data your bot sends and may be incomplete or differ from your broker's official statement. We do not make any promise or representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or avoid losses.

4. Automated trading and bots

If you use automated strategies (Expert Advisors, copy trading or other robots), they can lose money quickly and can fail through software bugs, connection loss, power or server failures, broker issues or market conditions. Test carefully, use risk limits, and monitor them. The FX Aura bot only reads and reports account information; it does not trade.

5. Information, data and news are not advice

We are not a broker, adviser or signal provider (see our Terms of Use). Market data, news, calendar events and "impact" ratings come from third parties or automatic rules, can be late or wrong, and are not recommendations. Do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional who knows your circumstances before you trade.

6. Brokers, platforms and counterparties

Your funds are held by your broker, not by us. Brokers differ in regulation, safety of client funds, execution quality and costs. Check that your broker is properly regulated where you live and read its own risk warnings. A broker's records are the official record of your account.

7. Technology and security risks

Internet, device, software and server outages, delays, cyber attacks and human error can affect trading and the accuracy or availability of information, including this Service. Protect your passwords and never share your trading password.

8. Regulation and tax

Forex and leveraged products are regulated differently in different countries, and some are restricted or banned for retail clients. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and for reporting and paying any taxes on your results.
